Attack Component – LOS

Line of Sight Settings of the attack component.


  1. Enable: When enabled, the attacker can only engage its target when its within a defined vision angle. When disabled, the following fields will be hidden.
  2. Use Weapon Object: When enabled and if the weapon object is assigned in the Attack Weapon part, the LOS calculations will be made in reference to the weapon object’s rotation. When disabled, the calculations for the LOS will be made regarding the attacker’s main object’s rotation.
  3. LOS Angle: This value is the vision angle in which the attacker can engage its target.
  4. Ignore Rotation X/Y/Z:¬†These three fields allow to define which rotation axis will be ignored during the vision’s angle calculations.
